Depending on the current stamp type, the stamp holder is available in option.
We can provide and produce the holder; e.g., one point, 4 points .. etc. as request.
Also to use the stamp holder which you are using now on other machines, we can provide the hole of engagement on the marking cylinder.

Stamp depth adjustment can be just adjusted by only turning the dial located in front of the machine.
Because the stamp depth adjustment dial is arranged right under the operation panel, an intuitive operation can be done.
You can check whether the workpiece is just on the stamp position or not, by the display of the positioning confirmation on the operation panel.

1.The work coming into in-chute is made to stand by once.
2.And push it up by anchor, and sit it to the stamp position.
MP series have the adjustable work holding fixture.
MP20 Marking Press put a work on the stamp position by the power of springs.
MP30&40 Marking Press put s work on the stamp position by the power of air cylinder.
3.It is confirmed whether the workpiece is hold securely on the stamp position or not.

4.Then Marking Device moves forward, and the stamp is stricken to the object workpiece.
For anti wearing, the workpiece is marked on the endplate made of cemented carbide.

5.The stamped workpiece is discharged from out-chute as the next workpiece is coming up by anchor,
all in one motion.
MP20 Marking Press discharges the stamped workpiece by the next workpiece.
MP30&40 Marking Press discharge the stamped workpiece by anchor itself.
6.After the stamped workpiece turns on the discharge confirmation sensor,
the next workpiece is pushed up by anchor.
