High rigidity slide performs sliding-surface width; 250 mm of Z-axis and 150 mm of X-axis and sliding weight more than 200 kgs.
And straightness accuracy of the Z-axis is improved with 55mm narrow-width guide, so that it is coped with slide escape on radial load.
On the other hand, chip processing becomes a poblem in order to make a prolonged automatic operation.
Therefore, this machine has a structure that all NC-slides and the slide bed are installed in the inclination of 30 degrees towards chip conveyer side.
So all cutting-chips drops into the chip conveyer.

The distance from a worker to chuck is 600mm. It is possible to exchange bites, jaws of chuck or stopper and to adjust autoloader and unloader at the machine front.
The control console panel is built into the front of the machine.
