1930/MAY
Established Nakatsuji Woodworking Plant and started the manufacturing of wooden parts of spinning jenny.
1941/MAY
Changed the name to Nihon Needle Plate Works due to the main manufacturing of needles for flax spinning.
1947/JAN
Started manufacturing of flour mill, setting up iron works.
1962/JAN
Started manufacturing of single purpose lathe and short axle automatic machine.
1965/JAN
Developed and started to manufacture high speed automatic catching equipment.
1966/JUL
Developed high speed automatic single purpose machine and started manufacturing of high speed cutting lines.
1967/JUL
Established Nihon Needle Plate Works Company Limited and set up mass production structure of high speed automatic machine (capital 5 million yen).
1969/AUG
For the purpose to advance to Chubu area, established an associated company Chubu Needle Plate Company Limited in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture (capital 5 million yen).
1970/JUL
Capital increased to 10 million yen.
1973/APR
Name changed to Nihon Shinban Co.,Ltd..
1974/OCT
Capital increased to 15 million yen.
1975/JUL
Capital increased to 20 million yen.
1976/OCT
To cope with the new circumstances, merged Chusen Shinban Company Limited (ex-Chubu Nihon Needle Plate Company Limited) and increased the capital to 30 million yen.
1980/APR
Aiming to advance to Kanto area, succeeded to all stocks of Sanki Shinban Company Limited (Yokohama City, capital 12 million yen) and started after service activities in the area and expanded the manufacturing and sales up to now.
1983/MAY
Established Kanto Branch Office aiming to the sales expansion to the area from Kanto to Hokkaido.
1987/APR
Completed the rotating roll forming equipment jointly developed with Hitachi Ltd. and applied joint patent with Hitachi Ltd. to Japan and U.S.A..
1993/AUG
Obtained the above patent right in Japan.
2002/JAN
Head Office factory moved to Takao, Minami-ku, Sakai-city, Osaka Prefecture.
